Validity of Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information:

  1. Sales Terms:

    • These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
  2. Prices:

    • The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for the delivery of goods. All prices are in euros.
  3. Delivery Fee:

    • The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
  4. Product Information:

    • Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.

Placing an Order:

  1. Order Process:

    • To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total fee is then displayed, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods:
      • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay.
      • By bank transfer using a PDF invoice, indicating the invoice number in the payment details.
  2. Payment Handling:

    • Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment—bank link payments are made in the secure environment of the respective bank, and credit card payments are made in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the buyer's banking and credit card information.
  3. Contract Validity:

    • The contract comes into force upon receipt of the amount payable to the Online Store's current account.
    • The owner of the Online Store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
  4. Product Availability:

    • If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid money (including the delivery fee) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery:

  1. Shipping Area:

    • Goods are shipped within Estonia.
  2. Delivery Options:

    • The buyer can choose from the following options for receiving the goods: DPD courier, DPD and Omniva parcel machines, or pick up the goods in person at:

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
  4. Delivery Time:

    • Domestic shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days is reserved.

Right of Withdrawal:

  1. Withdrawal Period:

    • After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 30 days.
  2. Exceptions:

    • Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw. Such products and services must be listed and must comply with the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
    • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
  3. Condition for Withdrawal:

    • To use the 30-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as it is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.
    • If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
  4. Return Process:

    • To return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted, the form for which can be found here: withdrawal form, and send it to the email address info@leedikula.ee no later than 30 days after receiving the goods.
    • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the seller.
    • The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal or provide proof that he/she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
  5. Refunds:

    • Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal, return to the buyer all fees received under the contract.
    • The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he/she has returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
    • If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.
  6. Right to Withdraw from the Sale:

    • The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

Right to Submit a Claim:

  1. Claim Period:

    • The Online Store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years of delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.
  2. Submitting a Claim:

    • The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than two months after the defect appears by sending an email to info@leedikula.ee or by calling +372 53453165.
  3. Responsibility for Defects:

    • The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
    • If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
  4. Response Time:

    • The Online Store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data:

  1. Use of Personal Data:

    • The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards the personal data necessary for the delivery of goods to the company providing the delivery service.
  2. Newsletter and Offers:

    • The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail notifications.
    • The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to the email at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution:

  1. Complaints:

    • If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to the email address info@leedikula.ee or call +372 53453165.
  2. Consumer Disputes:

    • If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be found and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Online Store. The buyer's complaint is reviewed by the commission free of charge.
    • The buyer can also turn to the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
